What are your knits made from?
Our signature soft as a cloud beanies are hand crafted with the highest quality natural fibres. Our luxurious wool is sustainably and ethically sourced from Australia, New Zealand, Uruguay and the beautiful highlands of Peru. Our wool is natural, breathable and temperature regulating. It is coloured with Oeko Tex certified dyes and free from mulesing.
How should I care for my cozy indigo knits?
A gentle hand wash in cool water or spot clean ~ and only when necessary. Lay flat to dry. You can also freshen up your knitwear by airing it out.
Pom Poms ~ Our fluffy faux fur poms are completely removable for easy cleaning of your beanie. Simply untie the bow from the attached wooden button inside the beanie. To refluff your pom, we suggest a gentle brush/shake and blow dry with cool air.
What is the sizing of your beanies?
Our chunky beanies are a relaxed fit style, however, if in doubt, we recommend sizing up. For a more snug fit simply roll up the beanie's brim.
Hand knit items are slightly variable in sizing depending on the type of wool used, knitting tension, stretch component of the wool and beanie style.
Beanies for children are sized by age.

0-6 months ~ 14-16 inches
6-12 months ~ 16-18 inches
1-3 years ~ 18-20 inches
3-10 years ~ 20-21 inches
adult ~ 22-24 inches

What is your current turnaround time for orders?
Our made to order pieces have a turnaround time of 2 weeks before shipping. Ready to ship items will be posted within 2 business days of ordering.

How can I track my order?
All parcels are sent via Australia Post. Once shipped you will receive a notification email with the tracking details of your order.
How long does shipping take?
Our parcels of woolly goodness should arrive to their new home as follows ~
Australia ~ within 2-7 business days
New Zealand ~ within 6-21 days
International ~ within 6-21 days
What is the cost of shipping?
Australia ~ Standard Flat Rate Shipping is $10.
New Zealand ~ Standard Flat Rate Shipping is $18
International ~ Price is calculated at checkout. Orders may be subject to customs and import duties in your country. indigo knits does not take responsibility for covering any additional costs.
Returns
What is your return/refund policy?
Each piece is handmade with love and the utmost care taken when creating your order. We do not offer return or exchange for change of mind purchases.
Please make sure you have chosen the right size + colours and the order is correct before placing.
