Aster Skye Beanie ~ Sand

Our signature chunky beanies are knit with the highest quality natural fibres, sourced from Australia, New Zealand, Uruguay and the beautiful highlands of Peru.

Our wool is natural, breathable and temperature regulating. It is coloured with Oeko Tex certified dyes and free from mulesing.

Our chunky beanies are a relaxed fit style, however, if in doubt, we recommend sizing up. For a more snug fit simply roll up the beanie's brim.

Hand knit items are slightly variable in sizing depending on the type of wool used, knitting tension, stretch component of the wool and beanie style.

Beanies for children are sized by age.

Our beanie size guide is to fit head circumference ~

0-6 months ~ 14-16 inches

6-12 months ~ 16-18 inches

1-3 years ~ 18-20 inches

3-10 years ~ 20-21 inches

adult ~ 22-24 inches

As our wool is dyed in small batches there may be some colour variations. Colours may differ slightly from images on your device's screen.

A gentle hand wash in cool water or spot clean ~ and only when necessary. Lay flat to dry. You can also freshen up your knitwear by airing it out.

Pom Poms ~ Our fluffy faux fur poms are completely removable for easy cleaning of your beanie. Simply untie the bow from the attached wooden button inside the beanie. To refluff your pom, we suggest a gentle brush/shake and blow dry with cool air.

Every indigo knits order is wrapped in eco friendly, recyclable materials ~ tissue paper, calico bags made from 100% cotton, zero waste cotton and wool to tie our labels and swing tags, paper thank you and care cards, cardboard boxes ~ and posted in 100% recycled packaging.

Our made to order pieces have a current turnaround time of 2 weeks before shipping. Ready to ship items will be posted within 2 business days of ordering.

All parcels are sent via Australia Post. Once shipped you will receive a notification email with the tracking details of your order.

International orders may be subject to customs and import duties in your country. indigo knits does not take responsibility for covering any additional costs.

Our wooden teethers are made from eco friendly, natural and untreated beechwood. Some designs feature 100% food grade, non toxic silicone beads that are free from nasties such as BPA, cadmium, lead, PVC and phthalates. Teethers should only be used under adult supervision. Please carefully inspect your teether before each use for signs of wear and ensure the beads on the teether are not damaged or loosened. Discontinue use immediately if there is any sign of damage. Spot clean with a damp cloth.

Do not leave baby or children unattended when wearing items. Please follow safe sleeping guidelines for babies / children and remove all items before sleeping. This hat is not a toy.
